Our coffee roastery is ready to offer its guests a guided tour in order to discover all the secrets of a perfect espresso.
With Serena Nobili – one of the few women in Italy and Europe with the qualification of Q-grader Robusta and Q-grader Arabica – you could experience our roastery in the center of Florence, discovering the production stages of an excellent coffee.
After a quick introduction to the world of coffee and our 85-year of history, we will visit our roastery and have a “ROASTING WORKSHOP” in which we will roast a sample of coffee together.
At the end, you will learn how to make a state-of-the-art ESPRESSO to taste together.
The experience includes the tasting of espresso and cappuccino.
